Wholesale Sports Return Policy
To return merchandise for refund or exchange, please do so within 30 days of purchasing your product(s). Pack the merchandise to be returned in the original carton(s) along with any manuals or literature.
For the health and safety of our customers, the following items may not be returned for exchange or refund:
- Ammunition, powder, percussion Caps and Primers
- Base layers & underwear; bathing suits
- Bear & Dog Spray
- Mouth-Blown Items (e.g. Whistles/Calls/etc)
All returns and exchanges of firearms must have Wholesale Sports prior approval. If discharged, the firearm remains the property of the customer and any issues must be resolved by the manufacturer or a factory-approved warranty depot.
Gift Card policy
Wholesale Sports gift cards may be applied to any Wholesale Sports purchase at any participating Wholesale Sports location. Balance will remain on the card until redeemed. Purchase of the card implies acceptance of the terms and conditions. To check the gift card balance or to find a Wholesale Sports location, ask one of our staff members.

Holiday Gift Purchases
Purchases made between October 1st & December 31st can be returned or exchanged until January 31st with a receipt or gift receipt if merchandise is in resalable condition.
(For your safety, all guns, ammo, powder and primer sales are final) Purchases after December 31st will apply to current return policy 30 days with a receipt.
